discovered my biggest problem is eating too much sugar, so I’m working to fix that! Continuing with the shakes everyday, and I am so happy with how they have helped me along in this fitness challenge. I eat way less & have reduced my cravings by using Shakeology! Love the accountability & support in this group! : )
Congrats on the fabulous results! You guys and gals kicked ass! As for me regarding actual physical weight, I lost 1.4 lbs. I have embraced the number now because I realized I’ve lost 10 lbs of emotional weight. I now enjoy getting on the scale, looking at myself in the mirror, wearing tight-fitting clothes and eating healthy even at work where I used to eat crap because I was so miserable at the job. Now, I’m motivated to get a better job and exercise at least once a day!!! That’s huge for me. This group is awesome and I’m so appreciative to be a part of it!! Thank you Talia for inviting me and thank you, Camera-Ready participants, for your inspiration! You’ve made a huge difference in my life!!
I lost 5.5 lbs!!! I feel really strong. I’ve noticed less bloating, sluggishness, and much more energy. I have to tell you…I didn’t stop eating this way yesterday…I’m really digging it! Thank you everyone for your cheers, your support, and your honesty. And Talia, thank you for always practicing what you preach! This was literally the first time in my life I have stuck to any type of “diet” for longer than 3 days. I know the difference was all of you!
I feel the beginnings of a habit starting to form. The first days were a little tough, but now the healthier mindset is starting to settle in and healthy decisions are getting easier. I feel great and feel lighter on my feet.
After a week of healthy eating, daily activity, posting in the group, reading about everybody’s progress & struggles, cheering you guys’ on, cheering myself on, I find that I don’t want to go back to the way I was before. I officially lost 2 pounds and unofficially, I gained the future of my dreams. Thank you Talia for caring about me enough to invite me to the group & all your nudges, encouragement and love!!!! And thanks to all my fellow challenge-goers, may we always choose what’s best & may we love every step!
